Orders are generally ready for dispatch approximately 7 business days after we receive the advance payment, which is generally 30% of the order total.

Customers must pay the remaining balance in full before dispatch.

Orders over 30 kg require a shipping quote. Please contact us before making payment to confirm the shipping cost. The USD 9,999 rate shown at checkout is a placeholder, not an actual shipping quote. Please do not complete checkout using this rate.
